We’re glad to have you here. At Elite Home Management, our goal is to make renting as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Clear communication, organized systems, and mutual respect are the foundation of a positive rental experience.

To help keep everything running smoothly, we use TenantCloud as our primary platform for payments, communication, and maintenance requests.

Using TenantCloud

TenantCloud allows residents to manage important rental tasks in one secure place. This system helps us stay organized and respond efficiently while giving you easy access to your account at any time.

Through TenantCloud, you can Pay rent electronically Submit maintenance requests Receive important notices and updates Communicate directly with our team TenantCloud is our preferred and primary method for electronic payments and routine communication. 

Using the portal helps ensure requests are documented, tracked, and handled as efficiently as possible.

Getting Started

Once your account is set up, you will receive an invitation to activate your TenantCloud portal. We recommend logging in right away to review your information and familiarize yourself with the system.


If you have questions about accessing or using TenantCloud, our team is happy to help during normal business hours.

Maintenance Support and After Hours Care

Maintenance

Maintenance issues can happen at any time, and some situations cannot wait until regular business hours. Elite Home Management offers after-hours response for true emergency maintenance to help protect resident safety and prevent serious property damage.

If an emergency arises outside of office hours, tenants should report the issue through TenantCloud using the emergency maintenance instructions. This allows the request to be routed properly so it can be addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Routine Maintenance Requests

For all non-emergency maintenance, requests should be submitted through the TenantCloud tenant portal. Requests can be submitted at any time and will be reviewed and scheduled during our normal business hours.

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Using TenantCloud for routine maintenance allows our team to properly track requests, coordinate vendors, and keep everyone informed throughout the process.

After-Hours Emergency Contact

For true emergency maintenance outside of normal business hours, tenants should text our emergency line so our team can review the issue and respond as quickly as possible.

Elite Home Management works with a select group of licensed and insured service professionals who meet our standards for reliability and professionalism. These vendors are used for maintenance, repairs, and routine property needs so residents can feel comfortable with anyone authorized to access the home.

We expect our vendors to treat residents and properties with respect at all times.

If you ever have a concern about a vendor’s work or conduct, please let us know. Your feedback matters, and we will follow up directly to address the issue and maintain the level of service we expect.
